• SWLs may also request reception confirmation.

• Only contacts made on February 21, 2026, between 12:00 Z and 23:59 Z, will be valid for this activity.

• Operation on 20m, 15m, and 10m bands.
• Permitted modes: SSB, CW, and digital, depending on conditions and availability.
• All operators must comply with the regulations of their country and their license class.

• Callsign
• Signal report
• Name (optional)

• Listen before calling.
• Avoid deliberate interference.
• Maintain a friendly and respectful operating environment at all times.

• All contacts confirmed via QRZ.com will automatically receive an electronic QSL.

• Printed QSL cards are available upon request only.
• Requests must be sent by postal mail to the address listed on QRZ.com for KP3SWR.
